It all started at the 2023 Sanse Festival with a simple idea: bake a cookie so good it captures the spirit of Puerto Rico. From the very first bite, a local obsession was born.

We're a homegrown bakery specializing in gourmet stuffed cookies and cookie shots, all baked fresh daily with premium ingredients. Whether it's our legendary Chocolate Chip Nutella or the tropical Guava Cheesecake, we pour our hearts into every batch.
